“Peen-sa” 

Lower in fat than traditional pizza dough, Pinsas are highly digestible and a healthier option. Temperature-controlled leavening matures the dough flavour unique to this product. With a high moisture content, the dough cannot be stretched or worked by machine, it can only be made by hand. Each Pinsa is light, airy and unique!
